The 2015 World Cycling Championships began with a TTT word title for BMC and an ITT world title for Vasil Kiryienka. Peter Sagan outpowered each and everyone in the road race and took the rainbow jersey after an attack on the last cobbled climb. Michael Matthews finished second, Ramunas Navardauskas third.
