Vuelta 2022 Favourites stage 10: Dennis versus Evenepoel versus Roglic

On paper, former World Champion Rohan Dennis, Olympic Champion Primoz Roglic, and ‘Aerobullet’ Remco Evenepoel are the best time trialists on La Vuelta. The clash between the latter two is extra interesting as they are battling it out on GC also.

The route between Elche and Alicante is not very challenging. Long and straight roads. The penultimate kilometre is somewhat different, as it runs slightly uphill. It’s a course for pure specialists.

Last year’s Vuelta started and ended with an ITT. And on both occasions Primoz Roglic took the win.
