Alejandro Valverde won edition 69 of the Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana, lifting his total of overall victories in the five-day stage race to three. He won the 2nd stage in a three-up sprint and the Queen Stage after a steep final haul with ramps of up to 17%. The 2018 Tour of Valencia took in two sprint stages, which were won by Danny van Poppel and Jürgen Roelandts, while the TTT was neutralized. (Slideshow route/profile)
