Edition 64 of the Tour of the Basque Country – or Itzulia Basque Country – kicks off on Monday, 7 April, and finishes on Saturday, the 12th. he race in northern Spain is a feast for climbers and puncheurs, as the Basque Country is famous for its steep hills and mountains.
