The 119th edition of the Tour of Lombardy will be held on Saturday, 11 October. The fifth of cycling’s five Monuments is the last illustrious European race of the season. Given the time of year, Il Lombardia has been nicknamed the Race of the Falling Leaves.
Tadej Pogacar won the last four editions of Il Lombardia. One more, and he equals record holder Fausto Coppi. Remco Evenepoel and Giulio Ciccone flanked the Slovenian on last year’s podium.
