Race report
A lead group with Davide Ballerini, Yves Lampaert, Pascal Eenkhoorn, Matteo Jorgensen, Joel Nicolau, Matt Gibson and Chris Blevins takes shape in the first 10 kilometres. Nicolau is the best placed attacker, 3.42 minutes down on race leader Ethan Hayter, and after he is dropped the other six carve out a lead of 9 minutes.
Lampaert accelerates inside the last 8 kilometer and Jorgenson marks his move. Gibson closes the gap before Lampaert outguns them on the line.
Ethan Hayter wins the peloton sprint to extend his overall race lead, still 4 seconds ahead of Wout van Aert.
