Tour Down Under 2014 Route stage 6: Adelaide - Adelaide

Tour down under 2014 AdelaidTour Down Under, edition 2014, is almost finished. Stage 6 is the last one and takes the riders on a street race of 85,5 kilometers through Adelaide. It’s definitely sprinter’s alarm. (Slideshow route/profile)

In 2013 it was André Greipel who won the last ride. Geraint Thomas took bonus seconds and staggered onto the podium, climbing from 5 to 3 in the general classification en taking the blue jersey (points) from overall winner Tom-Jelte Slagter.

So, apart from dizziness, riders have to be aware for other thing as well: jerseys and bonuses.

The stage finishes around 3.15 pm (ACST).
