Edition 88 of the Tour de Suisse ends two weeks before the Tour de France starts. The race kicks into gear on Sunday, 15 June. Along with the Critérium du Dauphine, the Tour de Suisse is seen as a last big test before the July showdown. The race typically takes in a mix of time trials, hilly stages, and a number of days of action in the high mountains.
Adam Yates won last year’s Tour de Suisse ahead of João Almeida and Mattias Skjelmose.
