Tour de France 2017 Favourites stage 4: False flat for fast men

Stage 4 in the Tour de France amounts to more than 200 kilometres, yet the route is tailor made for fast finishers. (Slideshow route/profile)

Riders with fast legs are favourite to win the 4th stage in the Tour de France. The route amounts to 207.5 kilometres and takes in two modest back-to-back climbs, that are crested with some 35 kilometres remaining. The arrival is a false flat in Vittel.

In the 2nd stage Marcel Kittel outsprinted Arnaud Démare and André Greipel, while Mark Cavendish came in fourth.
