We can expect Kittel and Cav to come to the fore at a flat arrival section, while it is to the advantage of the likes of Sagan, Greipel and Kristoff when the arrival is a false flat like today’s. Guys like Degenkolb and Matthews are at their best when the finale is tough and demanding, yet in that case they should reckon with Sagan also as the World Champion is a versatile rider.
