Race report
There are multiple attacks from the start. Connor Swift and Diego Uriarte are first to create a small gap, and Adam Toupalik joins them. The three are caught after 18 kilometres.

The peloton stays together for several kilometres before Connor Swift and Diego Uriarte gives it another shot with Joel Nicolau, Sebastian Berwick, Anders Halland Johannessen, and Mario Apricio. More attackers bridge across – Callum Scotson, Jorge Arcas, Welay Hagos Berhe, Emīls Liepins, Alan Jousseaume, Zeb Kyffin, Danny van der Tuuk, and Toon Clynhens – and they open up a gap of more than 2 minutes.

While Kyffin and Clynhens drop back, the gap first falls below two minutes, but with 20 kilometres to go, the peloton abandons the chase, and the lead starts to grow again.

Swift, Uriarte, Berwick, Scotson, Jousseaume, and Van der Tuuk pull away from the rest, after which Uriarte lands the decisive blow in the final two kilometres. He attacks, and as hesitation sets in behind him, the move pays off. The 23-year-old Spaniard takes his first stage win as a professional.

Pavel Sivakov finishes a few minutes later in the peloton and retains the overall lead.
