How is the order worked out and when is it announced?
The order will be announced later, it is normal that the favourites will start at the end.
Will Froome have the advantage of going out last, if that is the case seems a bit unfair on Doumolin who was favourite before he broke his wrist. Will be close between the 2 and the deciding factor could be the running order!
