O Gran Camiño 2025

Slideshow 1/6
Friday, 28 February – O Gran Camiño serves up an ITT on the third day of action. The course is 15.5 kilometres long and includes 410 metres of elevation gain, almost all of which comes on the Alto de Sabadelle, a climb that is summited halfway through the race.

The riders roll off the start podium in Ourense and, after some gentle up- and downhill stretches and a bit of cornering, they exit the town and tackle the Alto de Sabadelle. This is a 4.9-kilometre climb with an average gradient of 5.7%, quite steady throughout.

Once at the top, the route stays at altitude for around 5 kilometres, mostly flat with a slight downward section. In the final kilometre, the riders descend to the finish in O Pereiro de Aguiar.

The start is situated over 200 metres lower than the finish, so overall, the route goes uphill.
