Race report
Séverine Eraud is the first attacker of the day. She rides to a 2 minutes lead before she is caught on the Côte de Mont-le-Soie.
Marlen Reusser, Amanda Spratt, Kasia Niewiadoma, Esmée Peperkamp and Anna Henderson join forces on the Stockeu. The five open up a 1 minute lead.
Niewiadaoma punctures, while Reusser drops the others on the Redoute. She reaches the summit 1 minute ahead of the group with Van Vleuten. Vollering is also there to protect the attack of her team mate.
Reusser extends he lead to 1.40 minutes before Lippert accelerates on the Côte des Forges with Longo Borghini, Vollering and García in her wheel. A regroupment takes place after the summit.
Trek-Segafredo attacks in the run-up to the Côte de la Roche-aux-Faucons. Longo Borghini goes in the climb with Chabbey in her wheel. Vollering closes the gap before Van Vleuten and Realini also make it across. They catch Reusser.
Longo Borghini and Reusser jump clear on the false flat after the summit. Vollering tracks them down, while Reusser loses contact. Riejanne Markus rejoins the chasers.
Vollering and Longo Borghini share the work-load before the Dutch star sprints to victory. Reusser rounds out the SD Worx party by winning the group sprint.
