Race report
A lot of movement, but it is still gruppo compatto when the peloton tackles the cobbles on the Culmine Salita della Rosina for the first time. Then Leah Kirchmann opens up a gap of 1 minute. The Canadian is brought back inside the last 10 kilometres.

A group with leader Annemiek van Vleuten and Marianne Vos strike on the cobbled climb to San Giorgio di Perlena. In the ensuing sprint Vos opens up a clear gap to take her third win in this Giro Rosa. Anna van der Breggen and Elisa Longo Borghini cross the line in second and third.

Annemiek van Vleuten finishes fourth to retain in pink.
