Giro 2014: Mountains
The 2014 Giro d’Italia featured nine summit finishes. It was clearly a climbers route with even the major time-trial located on a mountain. (Slideshow route/profile)
Nothing was certain until the maglia rosa was safely atop the feared Monte Zoncolan on the penultimate day.
