Edition 79 of Dwars door Vlaanderen – or, in English, Across Flanders – will be held on Wednesday, 2 April. The riders set off from Roeselare to finish in Waregem. The 184.2-kilometre route features ten Flemish hills and seven cobbled sectors, so the race is a perfect test for the Tour of Flanders, which is held four days later. (Slideshow route/profile)
Matteo Jorgenson won last year’s Dwars door Vlaanderen ahead of Jonas Abrahamsen and Stefan Küng.
