After pocketing stage 19, Tadej Pogacar said that he wouldn't fight for the victory in stage 20, but when Soudal-QuickStep brings back the breakaway, he can't help himself. Jonas Vingegaard counters an attack by Evenepoel, and the the two rivals are together at the helm. The yellow jersey is much faster in the sprint-à-deux.

Saturday 20 July - Stage 20 of the Tour de France is merely 132.8 kilometres long, but still, the riders are to conquer four mountain tops. The finish is situated at the Col de la Couillole, 15.7 kilometres long and averaging 7.1%.
