Frank van den Broek has been part of the breakaway from the start. His teammate Romain Bardet joins him within the last 45 kilometres, and together they push on. The young Dutchman takes the experienced Frenchman under his wing and... they make it! Bardet wins the stage and the yellow jersey, while Van den Broek takes the young riders jersey.
