At 190 kilometres, stage 2 in the Giro d'Italia takes the riders on a detour from Arnhem to Nijmegen, while both cities are actually only 20 kilometres apart. The race boils down to a bunch sprint with Marcel Kittel in a class of his own. He now is only 1 second down on leader Tom Dumoulin.
