Jakob Fuglsang won the 71st edition of the Critérium du Dauphiné ahead of Tejay van Garderen and Emanuel Buchmann. The other competitions were won by Julian Alaphilippe (mountains), Wout Van Aert (points) and Bjorg Lambrecht (best young rider). Having been regarded as one of Belgium’s most promising young talents, the Flemish climber died tragically after crashing at the Tour of Poland in August 2019. (Slideshow route/profile)
