Tadej Pogacar leads the Giro d'Italia well ahead of Geraint Thomas and Daniel Felipe Martínez. Following the second rest day, the final week is crammed with brutal mountain stages in which attackers are expected to shine. Tuesday's is a 206 kilometres long test with 4,350 metres of climbing and double-digit gradients in the final 2 kilometres.
